Today we say farewell to Padma as she embarks on a well deserved retirement!

Padma has been a Peer Worker at MHACA for the last 7 years supporting participants and always bringing a sense of warmth and welcome to our Drop-in Centre. Her energy and her beautiful singing will be missed by all of us. We wish Padma all the best as she starts this exciting new chapter!

Craft activity is back at MHACA! đŸŒŸ After a short summer break, our Craft Group will be resuming next week. Craft isn’t just fun—it’s good for the soul. Studies show that crafting can help alleviate symptoms of anxiety, depression, loneliness, and even dementia.

MHACA runs this craft group for people with mental health challenges every Thursday. If you, or someone you know, would like to access MHACA's mental health services email intake@mhaca.org.au or call 8950 4600 to make an intake appointment. For people with and without a #NDIS plan.
