MHACA has been awarded a Gold badge for the Small Workplaces category, for having maintained a ratio of 40% of staff with a current Mental Health First Aid Certificate!
We’re proud to report that currently 16 of our 21 staff have completed Mental Health First Aid in the last three years.
Stress Less in the Plaza is on Friday 16 October 10am-1pm at the Alice Plaza, Mparntwe/Alice Springs.
It is the feature event of Mental Health Week and focuses on promoting positive mental health, connection and wellbeing — while having a little fun along the way!
With speakers, information stalls from local services, live music, a dance fitness workshop, kids’ activities, a VR experience, free massages by Plaza Wellbeing Centre and more!
Everyone is welcome. Bring your family, friends, colleagues or come along on your own. Stay for a few minutes or enjoy the whole three hours. Come and Stress Less in the Plaza with us!
