Any day is a good day to ask, “What lifts your mood?” 💛

We got so much inspiration from the students at St Philip's College, Alice Springs at their recent Wellbeing Event. Check out some of the reflections they shared about the things that lift their mood, help them feel connected and support their wellbeing.

It’s great to see a school community making mental health and wellbeing a priority!

💛 Changing the Conversation Together

MHACA attended the NT Suicide Prevention Forum in Darwin, connecting with people from across the Territory and hearing about the important work happening in suicide prevention and awareness.

We also connected with the Darwin Aftercare Service team and we’re looking forward to continuing this connection, sharing learnings and strengthening our Aftercare practice in supporting people in our communities.

Thanks to Wesley Mission for inviting us and Sabrina’s Reach4Life for hosting such a great event!
