MHACA is now Open for Business

We’re pleased to announce that our Day to Day Living activities and the Drop In Centre will resume normal opening hours – 8:30am to 3:00pm – from Monday 25 July.

Please continue to use the rear entrance to the building while the front half of our building undergoes repairs over the next 8 to 10 weeks.

As you are aware, our Pathways and Partners In Recovery programs have been operating all through the period following the storm on 17th June 2016, and they continue to do so between 8.30am and 3.00pm.

Our thanks and appreciation for your support, patience and assistance during this period of disruption. We hope that this continues while MHACA undergoes significant repair work in the coming months.

Recently, our participants enjoyed a day out at Stuart’s Well, getting up close with some of the Territory’s famous emus and camels. 🐪☀️

Days like these are about much more than the activity itself. They’re opportunities to build friendships, grow confidence, develop everyday skills and feel more connected to the community.

And with blue skies, plenty of smiles and some curious local characters, it was a great day all round!
