- SALARY LEVEL: $116,213.10 – $131,061.56 (MHACA EBA/SCHADS Level 7/8 depending on experience) + 11.5% super
- POSITION HOURS: Full time ongoing, 38 hours a week

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Corporate Services Manager is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO, while leading a small Corporate Services Team. This role will oversee MHACA’s financial and HR management, risk and compliance, IT infrastructure, client management systems, and security systems.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an experienced, proactive senior manager who can confidently lead MHACA’s Corporate Services Team and support the organisations compliance and sustainability. You will need strong experience in HR management and be able to actively manage MHACA’s IT and security systems. You will be compassionate, have a flexible mindset and will be able to contribute to a supportive environment for people living with complex mental health challenges.
