Today is Trans Visibility Day 🏳️‍⚧️ It is an annual international celebration of trans pride and awareness, recognising transgender, gender diverse and non-binary experiences and achievements.

Trans people experience higher rates of mental health challenges — but this is not because of who they are. It’s driven by discrimination, stigma, and lack of acceptance. Creating inclusive, respectful environments can make a real difference. Everyone deserves to feel seen, safe, and supported. 🤍🩷🩵

Today is Bipolar Awareness Day. We recognise the strength, resilience, and courage of people living with bipolar disorder. We also acknowledge the friends, families, and supporters who walk alongside them—offering care, understanding, and connection.

Bipolar disorder is a complex mental health condition but with the right supports, understanding, and care, people can and do live full and meaningful lives.

Let’s continue to break down stigma, build awareness and support one another. 💙
