Stress Less in the Park

Stress Less in the Park is a feature event of Mental Health Week and provides a community focus on mental health and wellbeing. The event aims to break down stigma in the community around mental health conditions, raise awareness about local service options and provide educational information for consumers and carers.

The event is free to attend and the theme in 2020 is “Building Mentally Healthy Communities”. The event is in its’ seventh year and includes a Welcome to Country, information stalls, guest speakers, music, activities, food and drinks.

The event is FREE and is being organised by the Mental Health Association of Central Australia, with the support of a committee, and will have measures in place to meet COVID safety requirements.

This event adheres to COVID safety requirements. Please stay home if you feel sick, wash your hands regularly, use sanitiser, maintain your distance, and download the COVIDSafe app.
