This 1 hour workshop provides an introduction to mindfulness and meditation, includes breath work, gentle yoga and guided meditation/relaxation practices. These techniques can calm our nervous system which aids our physical, emotional and mental state.
Workshop Instructor: Fiona Gordon. Fiona has extensive experience as a remedial massage therapist, lymphoedea specialist and yoga therapist.
Children above 5 years old who wish to participate in the 3.30pm workshop can come with parents – please RSVP.
